Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund.

We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Returns & Exchange

We accept return or exchange of products. 

Customers have the right to apply for a return or exchange within 14 days after delivery the product.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address. 

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. 

The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

 

What is your return & exchange policy?

①We are gladly accept returns or exchange within 14 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

Please contact us no later than 14 days after you have received your parcel.

After this time we cannot guarantee that the return or exchange request will be accepted.

②The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories .

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags.

③Please send the item(s) back to us through a local post office instead of express services

( like DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX and similar ). By choosing one of the above-mentioned fast delivery options you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed due to the customs clearance process in China.

④We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us.

⑤Shipping cost for the returned packages is shouldered by customers.

⑥If The package incurs any import duty when arrive in China Custom ,

We will email you and tell you how much is it which need to be shouldered by your side .

Order Number ; Total pieces of the return items ( Include the item code ) ;

Tracking Number  ; Shipping Company ; 

⑧Only we receive the returned item(s), we can issue a refund.
